We enjoyed seeing all the tops sights in New York. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The stops were well mapped out. The city has some of the most beautiful structures I have ever seen. You can look closely at the work of these buildings and architectures.
Had 2 days and nights on the tours all the guides were very knowledgeable about their city and all had a good sense of humour. Worth the money we paid for a 2 day ticket.
A must to complete your NYC sightseeing.better to take the night trip. Takes you all around the city covering all major landmarks of tourist and cultural importance. The tour guides present in the bus also give a lot of information on the landmarks. I best liked the drive over there Brooklyn bridge upper deck.
We did the hop on hop off tour both downtown and uptown. We had an amazing tour guide (thank you wally!), an okay guide, and a terrible guide. Most of the reviews are spot on- the headphone jacks are iffy and don’t always work, the guides, drivers, and employees assisting on the street are often rude, unpleasant, and couldn’t care less about being there. If you’re doing this tour, make sure that you download the app so you have a good idea of where you are (because the guides often won’t be helpful) Also- they don’t always stop at the stops that are marked. It’s sort of more of a guideline it seems. If you have a bad tour guide, get off and wait for the next bus. We learned so much with Wally and literally nothing from one of the other guys. it’s expensive for what you get- unless you get a great guide. Also- they accept tips, and they’ll make sure you know that. also- before you get on a bus- find one of the big bus workers on the street! You have to check in through them before getting on the bus. They’ll give you a ticket that you show (unfortunately you can’t do it all on your phone). Again thank you Wally for the great time - it was the best!

The sunshine was ideal for this week of August. The heat and humidity of the air in the streets of the city was unbearable. Throughout our tour, we were able to enjoy the wind breeze on our face that did us the greatest good. A must for exploring NYC with ease.
